| (a) | This Go Digital website was created solely to facilitate your disposal or sale of GoGold. For the said purpose, this website shall remain valid for a period of one (1) month from 16th December 2023. Nothing contained herein shall compel us to extend the said validity. |
| (b) | In the event you fail to dispose or sell your GoGold within the specified timeframe stated above, we reserve the right to initiate a forced sale of your GoGold at the prevailing market price at the time of such forced sale. |
| (c) | We shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss and/or damage howsoever arising from your usage of our website including but not limited to your disposal or sale of your GoGold via our Go Digital website and/or your failure to dispose or sell your GoGold prior to the expiry of the validity period mentioned above. |
| (d) | Your decision to dispose or sell your GoGold via this Go Digital website shall not create any additional relationship(s) or impose any additional obligation(s) on GCG save for GCG’s willingness to buy back the GoGold from you at such price to be determined by GCG. |
| (e) | This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. |
| (f) | You consent to us using, collecting and processing your personal data in such manner deemed fit by GCG. |
| (g) | The terms and conditions herein may be amended from time to time by us. |
| (h) | Any unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for loss and/or damages by GCG. |
